That place is so not Singapore, but it'll be nice if Singapore was like that. I'm talking about the place in Seletar and Jalan Kayu. That place is very kampung, quite rural. Just love the winding road the bus will take, not forgetting those bumpy humps which adds some adrenaline too, haha! Small private jets and a flying club can be located there too, if you're lucky, you can even spot those planes taking off or touching down. Its been a long time since I took a plane, ten full years to be exact (1993, the year when I was only 3)! I still remember that that was my first plane trip to Bangkok, Thailand. Wonder when will I be taking my next flight, when I retire? Or when my occupation need to do alot of travelling?
The time-table for the mid year exams is out al last. Have to survive three weeks of the examination periods. Its going to be stressful, I already can feel it now. I have to do well especially for my Chinese language, I don't want to have to face my current Chinese class. That place wasn't even fit to be a class! Uber hard to concentrate there. But fortunately, there is still Mdm Chan. She was my Chinese language teacher last year, I think she is the only best Chinese teacher Bowen ever have. If she ever retire (she is really old already, she may tender a resignation anytime), Bowen can really forget about doing well in Chinese language. Wonder why she didn't take our class for Chinese language this year. Mr Soo is also another great teacher, but the problem is that he cannot control the class, or maybe he don't want to control the class. I somehow feel that he is nonchalant towards people who want or is creating havoc in class. But I don't think he is to be blamed, I mean with people like 'Moley', 'Chye Sim', 'Dirty Fish' and many more, I think the only people who can control them is Danapal and the discipline teachers. Blame it on fate that I came to land on this class. Back to Mr Soo, his teaching materials are actually useful. He guides us step by step, which make composition writing easier. The only problem is that he is prone to be absent, either he is sick or he has something urgent to attend (he is the HOD of MT, so, you get the gist).
Flavor of Life is still staying strong in the Oricon Style, 6th in position! Woohoo!
